Wish there was more control / more information over individual pill containers
Used only for monitoring a family member. Bought 2 cases - one for morning pills and one for afternoon. Paired with iPad onsite and monitoring remotely with app on an Android device. It is a definitely a bit quirky but the relief it provides is worth putting up with the occasional issue and awkward setup. Requests for support have all been dealt with quickly. I would definitely recommend.
Pillbox doesn't work! Tech support ignored my messages and forcing you to buy another Pillbox for each different medication. STAY AWAY! NOT RECOMMENDED!
Only single dose a day no good improve
Says I missed the pills even when I took it. The app is very glitchy.
junk, the pillbox finally worked with the latest firmware update for exactly 2 days on a fresh battery, then died with a dead battery.

Love the idea just wish it worked. I open the drawer take stuff out but it always says it was missed. Cannot sync with the device.
Good idea but difficult for my elderly mom to get pills out.Would be better if drawers were bigger and opened from front curved side.Also people with poor eyesight can't see letters .
AP fails as you won't ever get the SMS text to validate your mobile number.
